Berry Handcrafted Return Policy

  1. Return Eligibility

 To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item is in its original packaging with all items in original condition.

The product hasn’t been used.

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.

2. Return Process

To return an item, please use the ‘Contact Us’ section at the top of this page. The name and email on the form must match the ones on the original order. Please describe in the ‘Your Message’ box why you would like to apply for a refund. 

3. Postage

Berry Handcrafted are not liable for the return postage cost on unwanted, unopened items. This will need to be paid by the customer and will not be refunded by us. The original postage cost for the order will also not be refunded. You will only receive a refund for products. Please make sure you use a reliable courier to return items. Customer is liable for sending the order to the correct address; any orders sent to the incorrect address will not arrive and will not be refunded. Customer is liable for making sure the products are well protected and packaged. You must keep your proof of postage/tracking number.

4. Damaged Goods

We do our upmost to protect your package. We use recyclable packaging such as biodegradable packing peanuts and corrugated paper for fragile items; however, if your items have arrived damaged, we will need clear photo evidence of the damage. Please use the ‘Contact Us’ form and we will respond within 48 hours. We will be able to evaluate the issue and advise on further action.

5.  Return Period & Money Back

You have 14 days from delivery to apply for a refund. After this date, refunds are no longer accepted. If your refund has been accepted within the 14 days, please allow 10 working days from refund confirmation to receive the funds. Payment will go to original payment method. We will not send money to an alternative account.
