Berry Handcrafted Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Methods
 
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail. We use second class to keep postage costs down for our customers. If for any reason there is a delay on our end, i.e., not shipping within the 2 working days; your order will be dispatched first class. All orders are a flat fee of £3.50 shipping.
 
2. Ordering Processing Time
 
All orders are dispatched within 2 working days. In November & December, if we are running late on dispatching orders, we will put a banner on the site with the expected dispatch time.
 
3. Shipping Delays
 
Once we have dispatched your order, please allow 3 working days for your order to arrive. Due to the occasional delay such as strikes or weather, please allow a couple of extra days. November & December are also a busy time for us; we ask all orders needing for Christmas are placed by the 18th December. Please note, we may not have our full range of products available during this time.
 
4. Missing Items
 
If your item doesn’t arrive within the 3 working days, please leave us a message via the ‘Contact Us’ form. We have a tracking number for all orders so we will trace your order to find out if it has been delivered or delivered to a neighbour. Please check if a red slip has been posted through your door with delivery information or how to reschedule. Your order may need collecting from a local depot. Please bare in mind that if your order is not picked up or rescheduled, the order will be returned to us and a new postage fee to resend will need to be paid by the customer.
 
5. Damaged Goods
 
We do our upmost to protect your package. We use recyclable packaging such as biodegradable packing peanuts and corrugated paper for fragile items; however, if your items have arrived damaged, we will need clear photo evidence of the damage. Please use the ‘Contact Us’ form and we will respond within 48 hours.
 
6. Returning To Sender
 
If you have applied for a refund and the order has been sent back to us, please make sure the correct and complete address is on the order. Any orders sent to the incorrect or incomplete address will not arrive to us and will not be refunded. Please always ask for proof of postage from your post office as this is your only evidence of postage and tracking number will be on this. Please read our refund policy for information on return shipping costs.

If you do have any issues with your delivery, please use our form under the ‘Contact Us’ page. Please include the name that matches the name on the order. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
